Mike

Graduated from bond university with a Doctor of Physiotherapy in 2015. Mike has interest in all areas of musculoskeletal injuries and helping patients to achieve their physical goals. When Mikes not working, he enjoys running, gym and golfing

Chantelle

Having over twenty two years experience as a physiotherapist in a variety of different areas ensures that Chantelle has a huge toolbox to work from when assessing, diagnosing and treating her clientele. Having worked with elite athletes on and off the field Chantelle understands the importance of achieving full recovery and her aim is to achieve it as quickly as possible whilst ensuring the root of the problem has been found. Chantelle aims to empower each of her clients to achieve their full potential through education and exercises whilst supporting them with manual therapy techniques and/or traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture for pain relief.

Belinda Hinchey

Belinda has 30 years’ experience as a Physiotherapist and has a Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists have additional expertise in diagnosis and treatment of joint and muscular issues particularly in relation to neck and back pain. Having worked in hospitals, private practices and on the sporting field , Belinda has found that each client is unique and all require an individual assessment and approach. Belinda is primarily a manual therapist who after diagnosing the cause of the presenting condition uses a combination of hands on techniques including mobilisation, massage, traction, western acupuncture and electrotherapy to relieve symptoms for the presenting client. Following treatment Belinda can offer an individual exercise programme and advice to prevent recurrences and to recover. She runs small group classes twice a week to help prevent recurrences that are Pilates like focusing on strengthening postural muscles and stretching with low load upper body weights . Belinda is also a trained lymphoedema physiotherapist In her spare time she likes to get in touch with Mother Nature , watch a fictitious crime drama and is a soccer tragic both playing herself and watching her much better daughter play.

Jeanette

Jeanette has been a physiotherapist for over 30 years and brings a wealth of experience to the clinic. She is also a clinical nutritionist and has a special interest in genetics, epigenetics and nutrigenomics. Jeanette has found that by combining her nutritional knowledge with her Musculo-skeletal training she has been able to help many chronic health problems. She has used Dry needling in her work for over 20 years. Jeanette’s special interest is functional pathology diagnostics. Jeanette’s hobbies include water activities, gardening, reading and music.

Matthew

Matthew Brabazon has a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Graduate Diploma of Exercise Science and is an accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA. He specialises in hydrotherapy for the delivery of exercise for prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries. His professional experience includes individualising exercising prescriptions targeting chronic diseases such as diabetes, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, Paget’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and Huntington’s disease to name a few. His scope also includes tailored exercise programs for healthy individuals of all ages for goal targeting and general improvement in health. Focus is placed on assisting and educating athletes in recovery, mobility and injury prevention.

Nico

Exercise is medicine and as an accredited exercise physiologist I strive to implement movement as a form of treatment for a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, metabolic and respiratory conditions. Our bodies are designed to move and everyone can benefit from exercise in a fun and challenging way. I work with clients to find exercise they enjoy to achieve their goals whatever that may be.

Alissa

Alissa qualified as an aromatherapist in 2005. Since then she has completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage and an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy. Working in hospitals, day spas and clinical practice has given Alissa experience in helping patients with a broad range of health challenges. With a strong belief in natural health and the body's own healing capacity, Alissa is driven to help her patients restore and maintain their wellbeing. Alissa has a special interest in helping patients manage chronic pain and complicated health conditions, although, everyone is welcome. Alissa uses a combination of dry needling, deep tissue, cupping, and relaxation techniques during a treatment.

Jayden

Jayden’s philosophy as an AEP supports a holistic approach with patient centered care reinforced by evidence-based practice. Evaluating patient needs and prescribing safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities. These include areas of musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory (respiratory & pulmonary), mental health, neurological, nutritional, cancer & metabolic conditions such as diabetes management. In contrast, Jayden is also a Strength & Conditioning Coach that possesses knowledge in enhancing athletic performance for healthy populations through his experiences working with both semi- professional and professional athletes. He is highly motivated and willing to work closely with individuals to devise strategies surrounding the best training and rehabilitation plans based on individual abilities and goals.

Bec

Massage Therapist Bec is driven to get positive results for her clients by using a combination of techniques to help reduce pain, improve dysfunction, restore balance and maintain well-being. Bec also offers Therapeutic & Oncology Massages which are designed to safely work on patients with compromised health issues to improve wellbeing. Originally from Sydney Bec relocated to Tweed Heads to further her studies and is completing Osteopathy at Southern Cross University.

Vincent

Vincent Graduated from Southern Cross University with a Bachelor of sports & exercise science, a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology and is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. The treatment and rehabilitation process can be daunting for some people, having experienced a traumatic injury that required a number of years of treatment himself, Vincent prides himself on being compassionate and empathetic when guiding patients through their own treatment journeys. When Vincent’s not working he enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 boys & dog Winston, working out and anything sports related.

Ashleigh

Ashleigh is a qualified Soft Tissue Therapist, Remedial Massage Trainer and Assessor and Personal Trainer. Ashleigh has special interests in sports injuries,athlete recovery and musculoskeletal imbalances and dysfunctions. She has worked with various athletes and sporting clubs from local league to the NRL. As a Soft Tissue Therapist Ashleigh will provide a musculoskeletal assessment of your body and then deliver a high level manual therapy treatment drawing from many of her acquired treatment techniques to help alleviate Soft Tissue pain and injury and help resolve musculoskeletal imbalances and dysfunctions.
